CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy We value your time and ours. In order to provide the highest level of care and service to all clients, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or reschedule. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in a 50% service fee. • No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. • Fees must be paid prior to booking any future appointments.
